Privacy Policy
PageDigest AI Chrome extension, published by LightCube Labs. Last updated November 3, 2026.
Summary
PageDigest AI does not collect, sell or share your personal data with LightCube Labs. There is no LightCube Labs server, account system, analytics or tracking in the extension.
Data stored on your device
- Your selected AI provider and your API key are saved in
chrome.storage.localon your device. They are not synced or sent to LightCube Labs. - You can remove them at any time by clearing them in the extension or uninstalling it.
Data sent to third parties
When you click to summarize, the extension reads the text of the active tab (up to 8,000 characters) and sends it, together with your API key, directly to the one provider you selected:
- Cerebras (api.cerebras.ai)
- OpenAI (api.openai.com)
- Anthropic (api.anthropic.com)
Nothing is sent until you click. The provider processes that text under its own privacy policy and terms. No other network requests are made by the extension.

What we do not do
- No browsing history collection.
- No analytics, advertising or remote code.
- No sale or transfer of user data, and no use of data for purposes unrelated to summarizing.
Children
The extension is not directed at children under 13.
